Camp Connect Program Information

Camp Connects provides siblings separated in foster care an environment of fun and safety, allowing them for a short time to set aside their trauma and experience the joy of being a kid while connecting with their brothers and sisters. Since 2008, Camp Connect has supported brothers and sisters who are separated in the foster care system through sibling visits, monthly events, and a 6-day/5-night summer camp.

This form will allow you to register your camper for one or more future events. Please fill out an application for each youth, with their most up-to-date information. This information will be used to confirm attendance for registered events the week of the event.

Please note that all medications need to be in the ORIGINAL pharmacy packaging with labels, which show the campers name and prescription information. Camp Connect is unable to accept loose medications. All campers who bring medication will need the Promises2Kids Camper History Form filled out by a doctor prior to the event.

The Promises2Kids Camper History Form will be automatically sent via email once the application is submitted.
